Project Management Office (PMO)

  • Establish centralised governance frameworks and programme-wide controls.

Planning & Project Controls

  • Create and manage Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Perform earned value analysis, float management, and delay forecasting.
  • Conduct what-if scenario simulations for schedule optimisation.

Contract Administration

  • Maintain variation logs, notice registers, correspondence trackers, and RFIs (Requests for Information).
  • Ensure contract compliance under FIDIC (Fédération Internationale Des Ingénieurs-Conseils), NEC (New Engineering Contract), JCT (Joint Contracts Tribunal), and bespoke forms.
  • Support interim valuations, claim submissions, and final account negotiations.

Claims Strategy & Advisory

  • Audit contemporaneous records and identify commercial exposure and entitlement pathways.
  • Support early warning notices, commercial positioning, and settlement planning.
  • Advise on concurrent delays, float ownership, and prevention of time-barred claims.

Claims Preparation – Delay, Quantum, Technical

  • Prepare delay claims using Time Impact Analysis (TIA), Windows Analysis, and As-Planned vs. As-Built methods in line with Society of Construction Law (SCL) and AACE International (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering) protocols.
  • Quantify disruption, acceleration, prolongation and variation impacts with reference to cost ledgers, productivity data, and BOQs (Bills of Quantities).
  • Prepare detailed technical narratives supported by drawings, specifications, and site evidence.

Claim Substantiation and Negotiations

  • Prepare structured and substantiated claim documents supported by contractual provisions, programme analysis, and cost evidence.
  • Map cause-effect relationships and entitlement basis using robust delay and quantum methodologies.
  • Assist with development of position papers, response strategies, and negotiation frameworks.
  • Support commercial discussions with contractors, consultants, and clients to seek equitable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to align technical justifications with contractual language during pre-dispute phases.
