• Prepare expert evidence based on SCL (Society of Construction Law) Protocol and AACE (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering) Recommended Practices.
• Deliver written and oral testimony under cross-examination across ICC, LCIA, DIAC, QICCA, SCCA, SIAC, and DIFC-LCIA., and other forums.
• Defend findings with data-supported reasoning and independent credibility.
• Prepare and submit joint expert reports in collaboration with opposing experts when required by the tribunal.
• Provide methodology confirmation statements and explanatory notes for transparency and procedural compliance.
• Draft main expert reports, reply reports, and rebuttal opinions supported by evidence and compliant with procedural rules.
• Assist legal counsel by supplying technical input to support case strategy and documentation.
• Engage with stakeholders, including tribunal members and instructing solicitors, to ensure clear understanding of technical matters.
• Participate in expert meetings, hot-tubbing (concurrent expert evidence), and clarifications as required during hearings.
