• Facilitate the appointment of neutral technical experts to resolve specific disputes.
• Prepare balanced submissions with factual analysis and supporting documents.
• Respond to expert queries and clarification requests.

Mediation

• Develop negotiation packs, mediation strategies, and discussion frameworks.
• Represent clients in structured sessions to achieve mutually acceptable resolutions.
• Draft settlement agreements and outcome summaries.

Adjudication

• Prepare detailed referral and response documents under contract-based or statutory adjudication frameworks.
• Coordinate supporting evidence including delay analysis, cost reports, and technical rebuttals.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, submission timelines, and decision enforceability.

Arbitration & Litigation Support

• Provide technical inputs and supporting documentation for legal pleadings, hearing bundles, and expert evidence reports prepared by legal counsel.
• Develop expert reports and evidence packs aligned with procedural orders under institutions including ICC, LCIA, DIAC, QICCA, SCCA, SIAC, and DIFC-LCIA.
• Support witness conferencing, expert meetings, and hearing presentations.
